Williams Elite Realty operates ROAR OS, an internal automation and integration platform. ROAR OS processes data only as explicitly authorized by the user and acts as a secure pass-through system between Williams Elite Realty, Lofty CRM, and approved third-party service providers (including lenders when requested).

Williams Elite Realty does not sell personal data, does not use data for advertising, and does not independently collect consumer information through ROAR OS. Data is processed solely to execute authorized workflows.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Williams Elite Realty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates brokerage services and related technology platforms, including ROAR OS.

ROAR OS is an automation, integration, and execution platform operated by Williams Elite Realty to assist with internal operations, client workflows, and authorized third-party integrations (including Lofty CRM).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, transmitted, and protected when using Williams Elite Realty services, including ROAR OS and services accessible via api.weragent.com.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Williams Elite Realty
  • ROAR OS
  • api.weragent.com
  • Automation workflows and integrations
  • API proxy services operated by Williams Elite Realty

This policy does not override the privacy policies of third-party platforms such as Lofty CRM, mortgage lenders, or service vendors.

3. Information We Process

3.1 User-Authorized Information

Williams Elite Realty and ROAR OS do not collect personal data through public registration forms within ROAR OS.

Information processed is explicitly provided or authorized by the user, including:

  • CRM and transaction data
  • Lead and contact information
  • Automation instructions
  • API request payloads
  • Authentication credentials required for system operation

3.2 Third-Party Platform Data

When authorized, ROAR OS may process data originating from third-party platforms, including Lofty CRM, transaction coordination tools, and financial or lending platforms.

Williams Elite Realty does not claim ownership of third-party platform data. Ownership remains with the originating system or data controller.

4. Information Sharing

4.1 Authorized Third-Party Sharing

At the explicit direction of the user or client, information may be shared with third parties, including mortgage lenders, financial institutions, transaction coordinators, and real estate vendors.

Such sharing occurs only when requested or authorized as part of a real estate transaction or workflow.

4.2 No Sale or Advertising Use

Williams Elite Realty does not sell, rent, trade, or use personal data for advertising or profiling purposes.

5. Data Storage and Retention

ROAR OS functions as a pass-through automation platform. Data is processed in real time to complete authorized actions. Williams Elite Realty does not intentionally store third-party CRM data long-term within ROAR OS.

Configuration data (API keys and tokens) is stored securely with restricted access. Temporary system logs may exist for security and operational purposes.

6. Security Practices

Williams Elite Realty implements reasonable safeguards including token-based authentication, HTTPS encryption, access-controlled configuration files, and server-level security controls.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Breach Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Williams Elite Realty and ROAR OS shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from:

  • Third-party platform failures
  • External attacks or exploits
  • Infrastructure outages
  • Force majeure events
  • User misconfiguration or misuse
  • Actions executed through authorized integrations

ROAR OS operates primarily as a conduit between systems. Third-party platforms remain independently responsible for their own security practices.

8. Third-Party Services

Williams Elite Realty integrates with third-party services including Lofty CRM and financial institutions. Williams Elite Realty is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, security measures, or service availability.

9. Children’s Privacy

Williams Elite Realty services, including ROAR OS, are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

10. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of Williams Elite Realty services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Nature of ROAR OS

ROAR OS is an internal automation and integration platform operated by Williams Elite Realty. It executes user-authorized actions across third-party systems and does not replace professional judgment.

13. Authorized Use

  • Use services lawfully
  • Maintain credential security
  • Authorize only intended actions
  • Accept responsibility for automation outcomes

14. No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Williams Elite Realty makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

Williams Elite Realty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.

16. Termination

Williams Elite Realty may suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
