2026 Kentucky Post-Secondary & Trade School Scholarship: How to Apply

Bluegrass REALTORS® Community Education & Outreach Committee will award up to 10 scholarships of $2,000 to eligible 2026 Kentucky high-school seniors pursuing a post-secondary or trade school education. Deadline: February 15, 2026.

Preference may be given to students entering business, real-estate–related, or trade fields. The application deadline will not be extended. By applying, students agree that their name and photograph may be used in scholarship announcements and promotional materials.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a high-school senior graduating in the 2026 school year.
Must reside within the Bluegrass REALTORS® jurisdiction (see map above).
Must plan to attend a post-secondary institution or trade school in Kentucky.
Must submit a ~300-word essay on the importance and value of homeownership.
